Michelle has crafted a highly interactive and reflective coaching process focused on teacher development and student success. The school leader plays an essential role in this coaching, building their own capacities for support, collaboration, and communication.
Each of these professional development and coaching offerings can be implemented in a hybrid or in-person format. The timeframes are tailored to the goals and needs of your school, with price points determined by timeframe, format, and travel.
One-on-One Coaching
Sometimes an individual teacher is knowledgeable but struggles to manage the classroom. Sometimes classroom management is such a focus that curriculum and program suffers. Working with the teacher and her manager, we will identify what the struggles are and establish reasonable SMART goals. Through the development of an individualized Playbook, the teacher will identify strengths, work through obstacles, and build communication and collaborative skills. Working separately with the manager, we’ll identify supportive strategies and resources that will facilitate the changes needed in the teachers’ practice.
